About the role

SWK has a rewarding opportunity for a Concrete Finisher to join the team.

Concrete Finishers are considered to be experienced kerb workers with the ability to work independently on a range of site-based duties.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a concrete finisher to carry out a variety of tasks including:

  • Finishing and curing concrete with slurry
  • Set up string line, heights and levels
  • Working with Extruder and Slipform machines
  • Detailed kerb works including cutdowns and laybacks
  • Use of all tools associated with concreting

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Concrete Finisher
  • Strong understanding of site preparation, levels and set out
  • Strong understanding of standard TfNSW and Council profiles
  • Experience working with Slipform machines is highly regarded but not essential
  • Ability to work with a team and independently
  • A valid Construction White Card
  • Ability to travel to the Yard (Narellan) or site
  • Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
  • Working rights in Australia
