About the Role
We are currently looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join the WEM Civil team. We have a strong portfolio of works with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest, Southwest and Illawarra regions.
This position requires a sound working knowledge of the operations of Excavators. These include:
- Trimble GPS
- Shaping and trimming works
- Understanding of compaction
- Truck loading and production
- Daily maintenance of machines (checking oils, greasing, etc.)
- Keeping the machine clean and tidy
The requirements of this position are:
- Demonstrated experience operating Excavators within the civil construction industry
- A valid Construction White Card
- A valid Drivers' Licence, with the ability to travel across sites
- Ability to undertake daily required servicing of machinery
- Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
