The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Landscape Estimator to join our growing WEM Scape team. This is your chance to work on exciting, diverse projects, collaborating with a passionate team that digs deep, plants the seeds of success, and shapes the earth for a better future. ð¿
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the tender process, ensuring accurate and competitive submissions.
- Review and assess tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates, including labour, materials, and time analysis.
- Conduct site visits to understand project scope.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source pricing, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
- Track project costs, variations, and risks, working with site and finance teams.
- Review and improve tender submissions for professional, winning responses.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Proven experience in landscape estimating with strong plan and tender process knowledge.
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (highly regarded).
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Tech-savvy, experienced in estimating software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

- This role includes occasional travel to our various work sites for site meetings (sites are located across Sydney’s Northwest and Southwest, as well as in the Hunter and Illawarra regions) a shared vehicle is provided for our office team to accommodate this requirement
